Roof Shingles:

The ACC will only approve like builder or very closely matched shingles to be installed on the residents' home. Please remember to have an approved ACC request prior to ordering your shingles or having the roof replaced.

We have approved following types of shingles in the "Driftwood" color as this is what matches the original roofing color of this neighborhood.  The warranty's range from 25 years to Lifetime.
